Decathlon Sports Superstores stock everything for the keen sports enthusiast, 17 different sports are catered for and this represents a huge amount of product movement. Each UK store has an Edmolift TP3000 lift table which is the store’s only means of unloading a combination of euro-pallets and roll-cages - over 1000 movements per week. Each lift is pit installed for easy off-loading at shop floor level. Handrails, mutli section bridge plate, security chain and mesh skirts have been selected from our options list.

One of the world’s largest pharmaceutical development companies uses the lift illustrated within its Goods-In Department at a Top Secret facility in the home counties. Upper level goal post, interlocked drop-down bar and handrails complete with top bar, mid rail and kick plates secure the fragile load when in motion. Vehicle buffers help prevent accidental damage from reversing trucks. This Edmolift bridges the gap between Goods-In and Stores and can accommodate all types of delivery vehicle.

Co-Op Stores

Security was of the utmost importance to the Co-Op at their city centre distribution centre in Leicester. Each lift installed provides access directly into the building and as such could be regarded as a potential security hazard when the distribution centre is unmanned. To eliminate this security risk each lift was manufactured with a reinforced platform and sub-frame to prevent ram-raiding! The scissor mechanism is housed within a brick built steel strengthened enclosure and the leading edge of the lift is fitted with a further strengthened steel mesh screen. Security shutters drop into custom platform mounted brackets and all controls are housed within the building.

Sunny Day Eggs

Installed in Norfolk over 10 years ago this Edmolift TT3000 is one of three that are still going strong and in constant use in the loading bay. The system has proved to be 100% reliable. A large free-floating aluminium bridge plate ensures the fragile load of layered eggs remains level as the collection vehicle articulates. Dock bumpers, interlocked gates and handrails, tread plate platform and dual controls are also fitted.
