One of the fastest growing sectors of the materials handling industry is tilting and positioning tables. These adaptable platforms can be used for ergonomic positioning of palletised cages or as up-enders to get a verticle box such as a cabinet or fridge freezer onto its back. Tilt tables are operated in the same way as a lft table and include Edmolift's standard safety and design features. The "Z" type tilting mechanism is patent protected. Tilts can be loaded via a forklift, stacker or even a hand pallet truck and can also be pit installed for flush floor mounting.

 

For the very best in ergonomics the load can be tilted towards the operator, the complete load is now within easy reach - no stretching or bending required. Tilts can also be supplied with a lifting mechanism to suit operators of any height and a large selection of platform sizes and configurations including "U" shape are available to choose from. To prevent the load from moving when it is being tilted, various types of load restraint are offered.
