Manufactured using lightweight aluminium and rigid
steel and finished with a two-part epoxy resin
coat, the Electro-Lifter range is designed to
take the strain out of all lifting tasks. All
models include sealed-for-life, maintenance free
24 volt batteries and an integral auto cut-off
charger. Operation is via a deadman push button
controller, which can be hand held or used from
the handle-mounted holster provided. Stainless
steel bearings are fitted in the four non-marking
all-swivelling wheels.
Safety is, of course, always paramount with all
our lifts. The lifting chain is load proofed and
a trip mechanism is fitted within the mast to
prevent the descending lift lowering onto any
obstacle. Both rear castors are fitted with total
stop brakes. The motor, chain drive and batteries
are all housed inside a tamper resistant casing.

With the emphasis on safe,
easy operation, the ErgoMan range of manually
operated work positioners has been designed to
provide a cost effective, maintenance free solution
to many lightweight lifting and handling applications.
The compact steel chassis and all component parts
are proof load tested, providing an extremely
durable product which will provide a long working
life. A maximum lift, minimum effort hand winch
is fitted as standard with an automatic braking
function to prevent uncontrolled lowering.
100% stainless
steel, semi stainless steel and powder coat finishes
are available options on all models, with stainless
steel components fitted as standard into all winches.
Full operator cable protection eliminates accidental
access to moving parts whilst a low friction pulley
wheel and polyethylene bearings guarantee easy,
smooth operation.

The Logik range by Edmolift, a range of compact,
lightweight, manually operated lifting devices
designed to prevent manual handling injuries and
increase productivity across industry. Lifts to
solve handling problems from production line to
packaging department, from store room to final
delivery, the Logik range has a model to suit.
All units are safe and easy to use and provide
a cost effective, maintenance free alternative
to traditional lift trucks and stackers. The compact
steel chassis, mast and all components are proof
load tested to provide a long trouble free working
life. A minimum effort, auto braked hand winch
is fitted as standard.
The lift is powder coated for extra durability
and all components are galvanised. A toughened
guard protects the complete lift mechanism.

These lifting devices are available

Reel mandrels, cradles and reel turners are amongst
the attachments most frequently used within packaging
and food processing industries. Other options
include lifting forks and stainless and mild steel
platforms. Attachments can be custom built to
meet your exact requirements, and all accessories
are interchangeable throughout the range.
TOTAL DESIGN FLEXIBILITY
Our team of design engineers have designed and manufactured
light-weight, electric and manually operated lifters
for almost every lifting and handling application
possible. If your application is technically achievable,
Edmolift can build a lift to suit! Lift heights
up to 2500mm, wide straddle legs to 1500mm, stabilising
legs as low as 50mm, capacities up to 400Kg. Specialised
applications within explosion proof areas, hygiene
sensitive areas, E.S.D safe areas and extreme temperature
applications can all be accommodated.
